Jim
Apple, Orinda, CA has an extensive background in sales and
marketing management as well as operations, including stints
in the mining equipment business in Salt Lake. He spent thirteen
years leasing office space and managing outsourced corporate
real estate holdings. He joined with Walburg in 1994, purchasing
Aspen Plaza Shopping Center in Sandy, UT at 9400 South, 900
East, and in 1995, purchasing Napa Town Center, in downtown
Napa, CA. Both projects have been very profitably renovated
and maintained. He developed a successful restaurant in San
Francisco during 1999-2000 and is expanding to other locations.
Apple received a BS in Engineering from Purdue University
and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Al
Walburg, Orinda, CA, has been a real estate developer since
1978, completing numerous office building and retail projects.
He teamed with Apple in the above-mentioned projects and has
also been working on the renovation of County Square Shopping
in Sandy, UT at 8600 South and 1300 East since 1999. He previously
was Chief Financial Officer at Grubb & Ellis Company and
a CPA with Touche Ross. He graduated from the University of
Michigan with a BBA and MBA.
