Building Features:

The buildings are designed for maximum efficiency, comfort and usability. Each 20,000 square foot floor plate lays out in perfect five foot modules making them ideal for virtually any type of office user. In addition, the load factor ranges from 7-10% for most tenants which equates to increased efficiency and lower costs than competing buildings.

The ever increasing energy need and technology requirements of today's sophisticated tenants can be accommodated easily at Valley Center Towers. The electrical capacity for each building is almost twice that of most other Class A buildings in the market. Fiber optic capability as well as copper will be available for tenants use with interconnectivity among the buildings as well as redundant feeds in each building. The state-of-the-art HVAC system will ensure superior comfort and reliability. With its remote monitoring capability, the system can be adjusted immediately to meet the diverse needs of building tenants while reducing operating costs.
